Frequently asked questions

Is the software free?The download is free, but you need a valid subscription (Login ID & Password) to use it.
How do I get my Login ID?Once your order is confirmed, your Login ID and Password are sent to your email.
What happens when my subscription ends?You get an email reminder 7 days before expiry. Renew and the software works again right away.
Can I use one Login ID on two computers?No. One Login ID works on one computer only — the computer where you first log in is registered (MAC / computer ID). Changing your computer? Contact us and we will reset it.
Do I need the internet?Internet is needed for login and new passages; practice also works offline for a few days.
