By using the KRS Typing (krstyping.com) website or the KRS Typing software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The service
KRS Typing is a typing practice software for Windows. The download is free; using it requires an active subscription (Login ID and Password).
2. Accounts
- You must give a valid email address. Keep your Login ID and Password private — you are responsible for their use.
- One Login ID works on one computer only. The first computer on which you log in to the software is registered to your Login ID using its MAC address and computer ID. On any other computer the login is refused with the message that the ID is already installed on another computer.
- If you change or repair your computer, contact us. On a genuine request we may reset the registered computer once, so that you can log in on the new computer; the old computer then stops working with that Login ID.
- We may suspend or disable an account that is shared, misused or used against these terms.
3. Subscriptions
- A subscription is valid for the period of the chosen plan, from its start date to its end date.
- When it ends, the software stops working until you renew. Your local results and history stay on your computer.
- The software needs an internet connection to log in, check the subscription and download new passages. It may work offline for a short period after the last successful check.
4. Prices and payment
Plan prices are shown on the Plans page and may change. A change does not affect a subscription that has already been paid for.
5. Acceptable use
You may not share your Login ID, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, crack or redistribute the software or its passages, change or hide your computer’s identity, or try to bypass the licence check.
6. Results are for practice
Speed, accuracy and marks shown by the software are for practice only. They are not official results of any recruitment exam, and we do not guarantee selection in any exam.
7. Availability
We try to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the software and the website at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
