1. Try before you buy
Please check the features, system requirements and plans before buying. Contact us on WhatsApp or email if you have any question.
2. Refunds
- As KRS Typing is a digital product delivered at once (Login ID and Password), subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the login details have been sent.
- If you were charged twice, or paid but did not receive your login details, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the extra amount or activate your account.
- If the software does not run on your computer and our support team cannot fix it, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.
- No refund is given because a Login ID cannot be used on a second computer — one Login ID is for one computer, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
3. Cancellation
You can stop using the service at any time. Your subscription stays active until its end date and is not renewed automatically.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
